Why Donate?
We work in collaboration with champions and experts (our growing community of 10,000+ changemakers includes race network leaders and future leaders, allies, HR and EDI professionals, exec/senior leaders, and employees from ethnically diverse backgrounds).
Our work addresses the workplace issues that ethnically diverse employees face in the UK; our goal is to ensure real change finally happens.
To achieve this meaningful change, we co-create solutions with those with lived experience to ensure they address the real issues.
To remove barriers and ensure a lack of budget does not hold this change back, we currently offer our online resources, solution guides, and events for free.
One of these solutions is Race Equality Week.
When we asked our community of changemakers if they believe our solutions will help tackle race inequality, the percentage below said 'Yes':
