We have been focussing a lot on inclusion, yet attrition in Organisations is still high, people feel invisible and don’t have a voice, mental health and well-being is often affected.
Research shows that its because of the lack of feeling that they don’t belong. Only 13% said their workplace created a sense of community for people with intersectional identities
This event will focus on:
Inclusion V Belonging – hear from Engineering firm Amey on the success of their Multi Cultural leadership development programme
Intersectionality – not putting people in boxes but looking at individuals and all their intersectional identities and enabling their strengths to flourish and accepting and accommodating their challenges.
– Active Allyship Matters: Our research shows that only 25% of people believe they have active allies in their organisation.
