Day 4: Event 3  – Belonging or Bust!

Organisations put a lot of emphasis on inclusion, yet:

  • Attrition is still high.
  • Those who are different or “don’t fit in” typically feel invisible and don’t have a voice.

Their mental health and well-being are often affected.
Research shows that it’s because they don’t feel like they belong.

Join this event to explore:

  • The difference between Inclusion and Belonging.
  • The need and impact of an intersectional approach.
  • How to better address intersectionality in the workplace.
  • How allies become active allies.

This is more than a conversation; it’s a way to collaborate and accelerate change.
