Executive Director, Technology and Change

We are delighted to partner with the Law Society in the search for a new Executive Director, Technology and Change.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead transformation and innovation. 

You will be joining a highly respected, independent professional body, celebrating 200 years of supporting solicitors across England and Wales. The Law Society is committed to excellence by championing solicitors to deliver the highest standards of service to their clients and empowering the legal profession to effectively harness technological advancements, ensuring that their members can deliver high-quality services in an increasingly digital world.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Society’s technology, data, and change strategies—ensuring they align seamlessly with their business objectives. 

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will inspire a team of approximately 60 people, driving a cultural shift and leading a bold change strategy.

You will develop and execute forward-thinking strategies that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery while motivating your team to develop and deliver “best in class” solutions that anticipate and respond to evolving member needs.

Championing a member-centric approach, you will ensure technology and change management drive business success. With expertise in IT infrastructure, service delivery, and enterprise-wide transformation, you will create a lasting influence for an impactful organisation.
