There are 2 roles available which are 6 months fixed term due to maternity and secondment cover.
What you will do in the role…
You will partner with service leads and senior managers to oversee HR operations, within the assigned areas and take forward and lead on project areas for the HR team. You will provide guidance to management and analyse HR data, resolve employee relation issues, and suggest HR strategies aligned with business goals. You will also have the overall management responsibility for the HR Senior Advisor and HR Officer.
