This is a pivotal moment for a new Managing Director of Operations to play a leading role in shaping our next phase.

Working closely with the CEO, Board, and Senior Leadership Team, our new MD will oversee key strategic priorities, including leading our inaugural data and technology strategy, scaling our impact through digital transformation; overseeing the search, commercial negotiations, and move to our new London HQ, creating a civic centre for entrepreneurs and investors; and ensuring our corporate structure and governance are fit for purpose amid potential changes in London’s devolution landscape.

We are seeking a collegiate, inclusive, and enterprising leader with a strong track record of operational leadership in a similarly complex organisation. You will have experience leading multi-functional teams (including at least one of technology, HR, finance, or estates) and bring a proven ability to deliver lasting transformation at scale. You will be strategic, politically astute, and thrive in a fast-moving, public-private environment. Importantly, you will share our mission, our values, and our ambition for London.
