Intersectionality remains a crucial topic, and this series aims to address the compounded disadvantages and challenges faced by Ethnically Diverse and Neurodiverse individuals.

- Only 15% of Neurodiverse adults in the UK are employed.
- Ethnically diverse individuals face increased stigma around Neurodiversity, leading to under-diagnosis and underreporting.
- 80% of disabilities are invisible, raising the question of how well we support these employees, clients, and customers
